Assured Direct Care was founded by Dr. Mark Grajcar to bring a truly personalized, cost‑effective primary care experience to patients and employers in the Treasure Valley. By cutting out insurance middlemen, the practice offers transparent, fixed‑price membership that gives members direct access to their physicians, unlimited office visits, and same‑day appointments.
The care philosophy centers on deep doctor‑patient relationships, with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and comprehensive wellness for all ages. Services include annual wellness and well‑child exams, pre‑participation physicals, minor in‑office procedures such as skin biopsies and wart removal, vaccinations, lab screenings for cholesterol, diabetes and cancer, as well as mental‑health assessments for ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Telehealth options further enhance accessibility, allowing patients to connect with their care team virtually whenever needed.
