Dr. Mark Grajcar, DO, is the founder of Assured Direct Care, a Direct Primary Care network serving employers and patients in Idaho. After a 30‑plus‑year career as a primary care provider in the U.S. Army, hospital systems, and private practice, he recognized the inefficiencies and impersonal nature of traditional insurance‑based care. In 2017 he launched Assured Direct Care to provide a more personalized, cost‑effective model that emphasizes time, trust, and direct patient‑doctor relationships.

His clinical philosophy centers on building meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients, offering same‑day appointments, extended visit times, and a holistic approach that considers each individual's lifestyle and health goals. Dr. Grajcar remains active in the Idaho medical community, serving on the Idaho Board of Medicine and participating in professional organizations that promote family medicine and osteopathic care.
