Family Medicine
About
Hi, I'm Dr. Wendy Molaska, MD, FAAFP and I am a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Medicine and Public Health, I completed my residency through the University of Minnesota at North Memorial Hospital and Broadway Clinic. I then served with the National Health Service Corps providing full‑spectrum family medicine in rural Colorado before returning to Wisconsin. I have over 20 years of experience delivering "womb to tomb" family medicine in both urban and rural settings, and I am dedicated to the Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes unhurried visits, direct access, and personalized, affordable care for my patients.
