With over 10 years of experience in Emergency Medicine and a background that blends primary care training with acute care expertise, he is dedicated to delivering personalized, affordable care that puts patients first. His DPC philosophy emphasizes building lasting relationships, offering same‑day access, and creating a wellness community where patients feel supported in both illness and health.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Troy spent eight years as a paramedic, gaining deep insight into emergency care. He combines this experience with a compassionate, patient‑centered approach, aiming to provide comprehensive care that addresses a wide range of medical needs. Outside the clinic, Troy is a family man, active in the Coastline Navarre church, and enjoys boating, fishing, and Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu.
