Mark E. Gonsky

Dr. Mark E. Gonsky, DO is a third‑generation osteopathic physician who grew up witnessing house calls and the deep healing relationships between patients and providers. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 and completed a family medicine residency at Central Washington Family Medicine in Yakima, WA, in 2011. After his residency he helped launch St. Charles Family Care and, in 2015, founded Deschutes Family Care to bring a no‑barriers, Direct Primary Care model to Central Oregon. The practice emphasizes a holistic, osteopathic approach that empowers patients to take charge of their health, offering same‑day appointments, transparent pricing, and personalized care without insurance middlemen.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Gonsky enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three sons, exploring the Bend area and staying active in the community through programs such as the Mosaic Medical Complex Care Bridges Health initiative and the Madras Community Health Center.
