Dr. Chirag Patel was born in Dothan and grew up in Enterprise, AL. He graduated as valedictorian from Enterprise High School and earned his MD/MBA from The University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at UAB Family Medicine in Huntsville. Dr. Patel is married to a fellow family medicine physician and they have two children. In his free time he enjoys golfing, weight lifting, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Patel founded Connect Health Direct Primary Care to provide a personal, accessible, and affordable healthcare relationship. The practice emphasizes unlimited direct access—phone, text, email, or in‑person visits—without copays or hidden fees, allowing patients to build a trusted, long‑term partnership with their physician.
