Lifestyle Medical offers Direct Primary Care plans to individuals, couples and families seeking a primary care physician who is also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. We are dedicated to offering not just primary care, but also treating root causes naturally and wholistically. We have two physicians and one nurse practitioner in two offices, one in Riverside and the other in Redlands, CA. We also accept some insurances, and have specific resources available for seniors.
