Zachary West

Dr. Zachary K. West, DO, MPH, FACOI, was born and raised north of Tiffin, Ohio. He earned an Associate of Science from Terra State Community College, a B.S. in Biology from Youngstown State University, and a Master of Public Health from the Northwest Ohio Consortium for Public Health. He attended Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing his clinical rotations at Firelands Regional Medical Center, where he earned honors in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Dr. West practices Direct Primary Care at the Ohio Institute of Osteopathic Medicine, emphasizing personalized, relationship‑based care, preventive health, and the use of osteopathic manipulative techniques to improve patient outcomes.
