Dr. Zachary Smith grew up in the Chattahoochee Valley and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Alabama Family Medicine Residency Program in Tuscaloosa, where he served as Chief Resident and received two Resident Teaching Awards as well as a Resiliency Award for his service to the community during the 2020 pandemic.
