Dr. Yolanda Rivera‑Caudill is a double board‑certified physician in Lifestyle Medicine and Pediatrics and the founder of The Tiny Beet Savannah Lifestyle Medicine and Pediatrics, LLC. She grew up in Puerto Rico, graduated Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico and earned her medical degree at Universidad Central del Caribe. After completing a pediatric residency and an outpatient fellowship at Miami Children’s Hospital, she moved to Savannah, GA in 2008. In 2020 she left employed practice to launch The Tiny Beet, a direct primary care practice that blends general pediatrics with a comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine approach, emphasizing nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management to prevent chronic disease.
Dr. Rivera‑Caudill’s DPC philosophy centers on building long‑term relationships with families, offering unlimited visits, same‑day access, and personalized care plans. She integrates evidence‑based Lifestyle Medicine, including culinary coaching and plant‑based nutrition, to empower patients to adopt healthier habits.
