About
Dr. Will Dameron, MD, grew up in the Northern Neck of Virginia and cherished family gatherings around crabs and oysters. He earned his undergraduate degree in Religion from the University of Richmond before attending the Medical College of Virginia for medical school. After completing a Family Medicine residency in Asheville, North Carolina, Dr. Dameron became board certified in Family Medicine and is also the only board‑certified Obesity Medicine physician in the Northern Neck. He has been practicing in Warsaw since 2014.
Dr. Dameron founded Dameron Family Health and Wellness to create a Direct Primary Care model that puts the patient first. He believes in affordable, relationship‑based care that emphasizes accessibility, personalized treatment plans, and a commitment to the health of farmers, truckers, loggers, watermen, first responders, teachers, and all families in the community. His practice focuses on preventive care, medical weight loss, and obesity medicine, offering members direct communication via phone, text, and video chat.
