WENDY BALLENGER
Pediatrics
About
Dr. Wendy Ballenger, a board‑certified doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, founded Charmed Direct Primary Care in Olive Branch’s Old Towne district. She delivers internal medicine, pediatrics and osteopathic care without the complexities of insurance co‑pays and deductibles, emphasizing a patient‑first, transparent DPC model. Dr. Ballenger believes that proper anatomical positioning enhances the body’s ability to fight disease and respond to medication, and she incorporates osteopathic manipulative treatment into her practice.
She earned her DO degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and completed a Med/Peds residency at the University of Kentucky (2009‑2013). After years of locum tenens work across the country and a nine‑month hospitalist stint in Kaitaia, New Zealand, she settled in Olive Branch with her husband, where she now provides comprehensive, compassionate care to the community.
