About
Dr. Vivien Ingram is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician practicing in Andrews, Texas. She grew up in Mesquite, TX and attended Texas Tech University for both her undergraduate and medical education, graduating from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in 2017. After completing a Family Medicine residency at Texas Tech University (Permian Basin) in 2020, she became board certified and has been serving the West Texas community.
Driven by her experience volunteering in a women's clinic in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti, Dr. Ingram founded Vintage M.D., a Direct Primary Care clinic that eliminates insurance middle‑men. She emphasizes long, unhurried appointments, direct patient communication via phone, text, and video, and offers extended hours, virtual visits, and home visits to meet the needs of rural patients. Her DPC model focuses on personalized, relationship‑based care for all ages and stages of life.
