VICTORIA BORGIA
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Vicky Borgia, MD is a board‑certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience who founded Radiance Medical Group in Philadelphia in 2019 as a Direct Primary Care practice. She believes that relationships are at the heart of healthcare and practices "slow medicine," giving patients the time and continuity needed to address each individual's unique challenges. Her DPC model emphasizes compassionate, respectful care, gender‑affirming services, and reproductive health for LGBTQIA patients, providing telemedicine and same‑day visits to ensure access for medically disenfranchised communities.
Dr. Borgia earned a BA in Women’s Studies from Columbia University and an MD from SUNY Brooklyn (Downstate). She completed a family medicine residency at UCSF Sutter Medical Center in Santa Rosa, CA, followed by a faculty development fellowship at UCSD focused on the health needs of the underserved. She holds board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, teaching primary care and student health.
