VICKI SAMUELS

Dr. Vicki Samuels is a board‑certified family medicine physician. She earned her MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1997 and completed her residency in family medicine at Rush University’s Illinois Masonic Family Medicine Program in Chicago. With more than 21 years of experience, Dr. Samuels has cared for patients of all ages across a variety of settings, including her own solo practice and Northwestern Medical Group.

In 2018 she joined ImagineMD’s Chicago West Loop location to practice Direct Primary Care. She is passionate about the DPC model because it allows her to spend ample time with each patient, focus on preventive health, and provide personalized, low‑cost care without the constraints of insurance paperwork. Dr. Samuels lives in Chicago with her husband and two children and is committed to delivering “best‑of‑breed” medical services to her community.
