Hello and welcome! I’m Dr. Vasanth Kainkaryam — Internist, Pediatrician, husband, father, author, baker, patient, and believer that life is a mix of free will and destiny. I created 4 Elements™ Direct Primary Care & Wellness Space to give patients a smooth, partnership‑focused experience in their health and wellness journey. My philosophy is that a doctor and a patient should have a direct, meaningful, two‑way relationship built on feedback, honesty, trust, learning, creativity, support, and a little fun. Everything I have learned about healthcare has led me to build this practice and serve my community.

I am board‑certified in Internal Medicine (Adult Medicine), Pediatrics, and Obesity Medicine. I also hold fellowships with the American College of Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics, and I am an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist.
