VALERIE WALLACE

Valerie Wallace is a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Annapolis, MD, who specializes in family medicine and women’s health. She originally attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While she intended for her original career path to be in child psychology, her husband’s career in the military delayed her schooling. Her children and her husband inspired her to return to her past love of medicine and a career in service to others. Upon completion of her Master’s degree in Nursing, she worked in family practice for three years. Valerie is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland, and an active member of the American Association for Nurse Practitioners. Most importantly, she believes in treating the person as a whole and values family relationships in respect to health. She enjoys traveling, boating, design, and is thrilled to call Kent Island her forever hometown.
