Dr. Tristan Brooks is a Family Physician with a heart for postpartum moms and helping those who desire to breastfeed. She is double board certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, and perinatal mental health certified. Dr. Brooks believes in being proactive, focusing on wellness and prevention, being upfront and honest, and striving for authenticity in patient care. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine – Carolinas and completed a Family Medicine residency at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. After a career in public education and corporate outpatient primary care, she founded Ladder to the Stars Wellness to provide Direct Primary Care focused on whole‑person health and perinatal support.
