Dr. Trevor Tsay, MD, is the founder and lead physician of Amity Health Direct Primary Care in Orange, California. He has spent many years in clinical practice, including time in the General Surgery department at UC Davis Medical Center and subsequent specialization in Family Medicine. Dr. Tsay’s mission with Amity Health is to simplify and enhance health care by removing insurance barriers and delivering comprehensive primary care through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. He believes that a personal, direct relationship between patient and doctor leads to better health outcomes, longer visits, and 24/7 access for his members.

At Amity Health, Dr. Tsay emphasizes preventive care, individualized treatment plans, and a focus on whole‑person health. By offering a flat monthly membership fee, he provides patients with transparent pricing, same‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, email, or text, ensuring that care is convenient, affordable, and centered on the patient’s needs.
