Dr. Trevor Cook, MD, AP, founded Progress Medical Clinic in March 2023 to provide Direct Primary Care (DPC) to the St. Louis community. He believes that patients deserve transparent, affordable, and relationship‑focused primary care without the complexities of insurance billing. By offering a simple membership model, Dr. Cook ensures that each patient receives same‑day access, extended appointments, and direct communication through phone, text, and video visits, embodying the core DPC philosophy of putting the doctor‑patient relationship first.

Before launching his DPC practice, Dr. Cook spent years in urgent‑care settings, healthcare IT, and toxicology research, giving him a broad clinical perspective and a deep appreciation for efficient, technology‑enabled care delivery.
