TRACY BONGIORNO

Tracy Bongiorno, PA‑C, is a certified Physician Assistant who joined Vitality Family Health in 2014. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL, where she focused on a broad range of medical disciplines with a special interest in pediatrics. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Tracy began her career in 2003 working in biomedical medicine, emphasizing the identification of root causes of disease. At Vitality Family Health, she embraces the Direct Primary Care model, providing extended, personalized visits that prioritize functional and integrative approaches to keep patients healthy and independent.

In her role, Tracy collaborates closely with patients to develop individualized wellness plans, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle counseling, and preventive care. She is dedicated to building long‑term relationships, empowering members to achieve optimal health without the constraints of traditional insurance billing.
