I’m Dr. Traci Bragg, a family‑medicine physician who has been serving the World Golf Village area of St. Augustine for over 20 years. I was born, raised, and educated in North Florida and returned to my hometown after completing my training so I could be close to my family. My practice is built on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that emphasizes personal, comprehensive, and affordable care without the barriers of insurance paperwork. By offering a simple monthly membership, I can spend more time with each patient, provide same‑day appointments, and focus on preventive health, chronic‑disease management, and in‑office labs and procedures.

Family is the cornerstone of my life and my practice. I understand how busy patients are, so I strive to make every visit efficient yet thorough, listening closely to each individual’s health goals. My goal is to bring medicine back to its original purpose—building lasting relationships and delivering high‑quality care that patients can trust.
