Todd Kuhnwald, PA‑C, brings more than two decades of military medical experience to MK Medical’s Direct Primary Care practice. After serving over 22 years in the United States Air Force, where he provided primary, emergency, and aerospace medicine to service members, he transitioned to civilian care with a focus on building lasting patient relationships. He believes that a DPC model allows him to spend the time each patient deserves, eliminate insurance barriers, and deliver preventive care that keeps families healthy.

At MK Medical, Todd leads a team dedicated to personalized, affordable care. He emphasizes same‑day appointments, direct communication, and a holistic approach that addresses both acute concerns and long‑term wellness. His background in high‑stress, fast‑paced environments equips him to handle a wide range of medical issues while maintaining a compassionate, patient‑centered philosophy.

Todd holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (1997‑2004) and continues to apply his extensive clinical training to serve the Las Vegas community through a transparent, membership‑based primary care model.
