TODD FIFE
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Todd Fife started his career as a high‑school mathematics teacher after graduating from the University of Montana. He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of North Dakota and is board certified. Over more than 20 years he has practiced family medicine in a variety of settings—including emergency medicine, physical rehabilitation, nursing homes, assisted‑living facilities, residency training programs, and rural clinics. Dr. Fife is passionate about Direct Primary Care, believing that a personal, subscription‑based model allows him to spend more time with patients, provide same‑day access, and focus on preventive health. He and his wife have also served as medical missionaries in West Africa, bringing primary‑care services to underserved communities before returning to Florida to be near their grandchildren.
