Dr. Timothy Caraher, MD is a board‑certified family medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience. He earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed training in family medicine at VCU/Riverside Regional Medical Center. Dr. Caraher has worked in federally qualified community health centers and a VA outpatient primary care clinic, gaining extensive experience in comprehensive primary care.

He joined Mulberry Clinics in Spring Hill, Tennessee, where the practice operates under a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model.
