THERESE ADAMS

Therese E. Adams, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Osteopathic Healing Arts. She grew up in Mundelein, IL and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison, IL after beginning her nursing career at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL. As an RN she worked in medical‑surgical, orthopedics, oncology and spent over seven years at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Zion, IL, where she discovered a passion for holistic nursing, homeopathy, supplements and other complementary modalities.

At Osteopathic Healing Arts she brings a holistic, patient‑centered approach to Direct Primary Care. Mrs. Adams enjoys taking the time to get to know each member, believing DPC enables quick, efficient care and allows the practice to treat the whole person rather than just the disease. She continues to expand her expertise in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture and IV therapy to offer comprehensive, integrative services to her patients.
