Dr. Theodore Schock, D.O., graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He spent his first seven years as a physician working in a hospital‑owned clinic before deciding to pursue independent family practice so he could spend more time with each patient. In 2008 he opened Mulford Medical in Rockford, Illinois. In 2019 the practice transitioned to a Direct Primary Care model, allowing Dr. Schock to practice without the bureaucracy of large insurance companies and to truly customize patient care with price transparency and a focus on relationship‑based medicine.
