Dr. Thanh Ho Taylor, DO, graduated from Alief Elsik High School, earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston, and received her Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree in 1994 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She completed her Family Medicine training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board‑certified in Family Medicine through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Taylor founded Foundation Primary Care to practice Direct Primary Care, emphasizing a simple, convenient, and cost‑effective model that eliminates insurance middlemen and allows her to spend more time on direct patient care. She believes in building strong patient‑physician relationships, offering unlimited visits, virtual consults, and heavily discounted labs and medications for a transparent monthly membership fee.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Taylor serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and volunteers with Christ Clinic and the Vietnamese‑American Medical Association.
