TAYLOR ELSNER

Taylor Elsner, DNP‑FNP, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned his Doctorate in Nurse Practitioner practice from the University at Buffalo in 2017. He spent several years as a Registered Nurse at the Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care of Western New York, working closely with Dr. Sue before transitioning to a Family Nurse Practitioner role at Purely Pediatrics.

At Purely Pediatrics, Taylor embraces the Direct Primary Care model by providing personalized, relationship‑based pediatric care without the constraints of insurance billing. He is dedicated to building long‑term relationships with families, offering same‑day appointments, direct communication, and a focus on preventive health. Outside of work, he lives in Amherst, enjoys a variety of sports, and spends time with his family.
