TAYLOR BROOKS

Taylor Brooks, FNP-C, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the Hill Country community for over five years. A native of Burnet, Texas, she grew up in the area and chose to remain close to home to provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. Taylor earned her nursing credentials and is licensed in Texas, bringing a strong clinical background in family health to Hill Country Direct Care.

At Hill Country Direct Care, Taylor embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing affordable, transparent, and personalized care. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients, offering same‑day appointments, direct communication via phone, text, and video, and a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management. When not caring for patients, she enjoys time with her husband and two boys.
