TARIQ MALLICK

Tariq Mallick, MD, MBA, is the board‑certified family medicine physician at Family Care & Wellness in Allen, Texas. Dr. Mallick takes a patient‑centered approach to care focused on prevention and wellness, in addition to chronic health conditions. He views his relationship with his patients as a partnership, providing the support, guidance, and tools his patients need to optimize their health and well‑being. Dr. Mallick is part of the UT Southwestern/TexasHealth Resources provider network. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto in Canada, he earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the Mercy/Mayo Family Medicine Residency Program in Des Moines, Iowa, and earned an MBA from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie School of Management.
