Dr. Tanner Moore is a board-certified family physician specializing in diabetes remission and regenerative medicine. He attended West Virginia University for both his undergraduate and medical school studies, serving as class president for the WVU School of Medicine and being inducted into the Mountain Honorary. After graduating in 2017, he completed his Family Medicine residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in 2020 as Academic Chief Resident.
