Tammy Frost, BS, MSPAS, PAC, is a long‑time resident of Arizona and a Board Certified Physician Assistant. She is the owner of GRACE Direct Primary Care and brings nearly 30 years of experience across a wide range of settings, including concierge and functional integrative medicine, rural family medicine, internal medicine, rehabilitation, nursing home care, home health, urgent care, emergency care, interventional pain management, and neurology.

At GRACE, Tammy leads a holistic, patient‑centered Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes deep relationships, ample appointment time (30‑60 minutes), and care that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By removing insurance constraints, the practice aims to provide personalized, preventive, and comprehensive care that keeps patients healthier and happier.
