SUZANNE WOLF

Dr. Suzanne Wolf, DO, is a family medicine physician at Connected Health LLC. She graduated from Duquesne University in 2007 and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill, Greensburg, PA. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. Dr. Wolf incorporates osteopathic manipulation therapy and dry needling into her practice to address acute and chronic pain, and she emphasizes a personalized, patient‑centered approach that aligns with Direct Primary Care principles.

At Connected Health, Dr. Wolf serves as the in‑house women’s health physician, handling most gynecologic needs and focusing on weight‑loss, anti‑aging, and bio‑identical hormone therapies. She is an Army veteran who brings strength, compassion, and humor to each patient encounter, believing that concierge medicine allows her the time to truly get to know her patients and provide comprehensive, uninterrupted care.
