SUZANNE SELF

Originally from SE Oklahoma, Suzanne Self began her medical career as an LVN working in a small rural hospital. She continued her education, culminating with a Master’s in Family Medicine from the University of Oklahoma Physician’s Assistant program in 1998. Since graduation she has worked in emergency rooms, family practice, and most recently urgent care. Her goal is to provide excellent medical care while maintaining a personal connection with her patients, ensuring they feel listened to, cared for, and actively involved in their treatment plans. She emphasizes teamwork with her patients to achieve common health goals within the Direct Primary Care model.
