Susan Levinsohn

Dr. Susan Stone (former Dr. Susan Levinsohn) is a Family Doctor from the Syracuse area who fell in love with Integrative and Functional Medicine. After her residency training in Syracuse, NY she completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Michigan. Following that training she moved to Oakland, CA where Integrative Medicine is flourishing. She has worked as an integrative physician in both underserved and high‑resource settings, finding ways to help all patients. She is certified in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). In 2018, Dr. Stone returned with her husband to Syracuse to raise their daughter. She spent two years as an assistant professor at SUNY Upstate, creating a wellness curriculum for family medicine residents and co‑creating a Food as Medicine course for medical students. She is thrilled to create her dream practice dedicated to integrative and functional medicine in her hometown.
