Susan Jevert Eichorn

Dr. Susan Jevert‑Eichorn, DO is a board‑certified family medicine physician at Citadel Health Center, a Direct Primary Care practice in Otsego, Michigan. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Colorado and completed her family medicine residency at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine. She is passionate about providing patient‑centered, high‑value care, emphasizing ample time with each patient, shared decision‑making, and evidence‑based treatment.
