Su-Anne Hammond

Born and raised in Maine, Dr. Su-Anne Hammond is a board‑certified family medicine physician with over twenty years of experience caring for families in Southern Maine. She earned her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a rotating internship at Mercy Hospital. Dr. Hammond then finished a family medicine residency through UNECOM and Southern Maine Medical Center. As an osteopathic physician, she prioritizes treating the whole person with a focus on preventive care and is passionate about educating her patients throughout all stages of life.
Beyond medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband Andy and their four children in Windham, coaching sports and cheering on their endeavors. In rare moments of downtime, she can be found reading a book or crocheting.
