Dr. Steven Horvitz, D.O., ABAARM, FAAMM, is a sought‑after family physician, physician entrepreneur, and pioneer in the Direct Primary Care clinical model. Dr. Horvitz graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1991 and completed his Family Practice Residency with Board Certification in 1994.
