STEPHANIE FENNEMA

Stephanie Fennema, PA‑C, has been a physician assistant for over 20 years. She began her clinical career in the surgical PA program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) after earning her undergraduate degree from Auburn University. Stephanie provides primary care at Mulberry Clinics in Spring Hill, TN, where the practice follows a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that emphasizes personalized, relationship‑based care, transparent pricing, and direct communication with patients. She works one day a week at the clinic, focusing on family medicine and preventive health while leveraging the DPC philosophy of keeping patients out of the insurance middle‑man.

Beyond her clinical duties, Stephanie is deeply involved in her local community. She and her husband, Mike, are active in their church and have helped plant a new congregation in Spring Hill. Together they raise four children and enjoy family activities such as hiking, swimming, and community service.
