SHEILA CHEN

Dr. Sheila Mehra Chen is board certified in Internal Medicine and the founder of Dimensions Direct Primary Care in Fairfax, VA. She completed her undergraduate training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, and finished both her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. After practicing traditional primary care for many years, she founded Internal Medicine of Manassas before launching Dimensions Direct Primary Care to provide a more personalized, patient‑centered model.

Dr. Chen believes that a direct primary care model allows her to spend ample time with each patient, fostering strong relationships and delivering comprehensive, preventive care without the constraints of insurance billing.
