Shannon Hammonds APRN, FNP-C
Shannon is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked caring for her community in this role since 2010. She is passionate about the care and well‑being of her patients from birth to end of life. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2006 and a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2010. She has worked in primary care, emergency care, hospital and rehab care since 2010.
In 2019, Shannon was recognized as a leader in her region and awarded Outstanding Nurse Practitioner of the Year by the South Plains Nurse Practitioner Chapter.
