Dr. Selena Raines, DO, MPH is a compassionate and dedicated board‑certified family medicine physician with expertise in osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). A native Kentuckian, she graduated from the University of Pikeville – Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky. Dr. Raines founded Body Mind Spirit Direct Primary Care to redefine care delivery, offering affordable, accessible, and patient‑centered services without copays or surprise costs. She emphasizes building meaningful relationships, empowering patients to take control of their health, and providing extended, no‑wait visits, virtual care, and home visits. In addition to clinical work, she educates osteopathic medical students and family medicine residents and advocates for health‑care policy improvement.
