About
Dr. Sean P. Duffy is the founding physician and owner of Compass Direct Care. He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Physiology from Boston University, his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008, and completed his military medical training at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. After more than 15 years of clinical practice, including service as a U.S. Army physician, Dr. Duffy established his Direct Primary Care practice to restore the doctor‑patient relationship.
At Compass Direct Care, Dr. Duffy emphasizes longer, unhurried appointments, direct communication via phone, email, and text, and a focus on prevention and wellness. He believes that removing insurance‑driven constraints allows him to practice medicine the way it was intended—investing wholeheartedly in patient care and building trust, confidence, and compassion with each patient.
