SCOTT HASTINGS
Family Medicine, Adult Medicine
About
Dr. Scott Hastings, DO, is the founder of 7Health, a Direct Primary Care practice in Frisco, Texas. He believes that affordable, research‑based healthcare is essential and has built his practice around a subscription model that eliminates insurance middle‑men, giving patients unlimited access to their doctor and more time during visits. His DPC philosophy emphasizes patient‑centered care, transparency, and a focus on preventive health.
Dr. Hastings practices integrative medicine, blending traditional western medicine with evidence‑based alternative therapies. He specializes in internal medicine, allergy treatment, osteopathic manipulation, and prolotherapy. An entrepreneur at heart, he pioneered one of the first DPC practices in the United States in 2008 (Doctor’s Health Solution) before launching 7Health. He is board certified in Family Medicine and is an active member of the Texas American Academy of Family Physicians and the Texas Medical Board.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Hastings enjoys composing classical piano music, traveling, and humanitarian work with his family, reflecting his commitment to holistic well‑being for both patients and the community.
