Dr. Sarah Otter, DO is a family medicine physician dedicated to whole‑person, patient‑centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona, then completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Otter also pursued osteopathic manipulative therapy training, emphasizing a hands‑on approach to health.

After rotations in Phoenix and a rigorous family medicine residency at HCA Healthcare Kansas City/Research Medical Center, Dr. Otter founded Everwell Health Solutions to deliver Direct Primary Care.
