Sarah received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Family Medicine at the University of Maryland. She has a passion for holistic women’s health, restorative reproductive medicine, and all things hormones. At Summit Direct Care she emphasizes a Direct Primary Care model that provides proactive, holistic, and long‑term health management, offering patients personalized care and easy access. Sarah teaches the Marquette Method of natural family planning to postpartum and breastfeeding women, and is a member of the Marquette Method Professional Association and the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine.
