SARA KEPPLE

Dr. Sara Kepple, DO, is a board‑certified family medicine physician and a native of Northern Virginia. She earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from George Mason University in 2012 and completed her osteopathic medical training at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Blacksburg, graduating in 2017. She then pursued a three‑year comprehensive family medicine residency in Spartanburg, South Carolina, finishing in 2020 before returning to Virginia to launch her own practice.

At Prosperity Family Medicine, Dr. Kepple embraces the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to provide personalized, accessible care without the constraints of insurance paperwork. She limits her panel size to ensure ample time for each patient, offering same‑day appointments, virtual visits, and continuous communication via phone, email, and text. Her approach emphasizes lifestyle medicine—nutrition, exercise, and stress management—as foundational to health, while still utilizing necessary medications and procedures. Dr. Kepple also volunteers at the Fauquier Free Clinic and leads community health walks, reinforcing her commitment to improving health outcomes in her local community.
