Sara Bajuyo

Dr. Sara Bajuyo is a Board‑Certified family physician who also holds Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). She earned her MD from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2004 and completed a Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana, beginning her practice in 2007. After 16 years in a traditional fee‑for‑service setting, Dr. Bajuyo became disillusioned with the administrative burdens that limited the time she could spend with patients.

Embracing the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, she co‑founded Zuli Direct Care to restore the relational focus of primary care. The practice emphasizes unlimited, same‑day or next‑day access, transparent pricing, and a partnership‑style relationship where patients receive comprehensive, personalized care without the constraints of insurance‑driven volume. Dr. Bajuyo’s DPC philosophy centers on giving patients the time and continuity they deserve, allowing her to be present both in the exam room and in her family’s life as a mother of five.
