Dr. Sam Lavis, DO, has always been driven by a passion for peak performance, whether in sports, academics, or personal health. Dr. Lavis believes that Direct Primary Care (DPC) allows for longer, unhurried visits, personalized care plans, and a partnership model that empowers patients to take an active role in their health.
